Shipping & Delivery
Orders will ship from one of our 3 warehouses located in the United States and in Canada. While we will make every effort to ship orders from a single warehouse, orders may be split up and shipped from different locations. In the event that an order will need to be shipped from different warehouses, shipping charges for shipments from each shipping location will apply. An order will be shipped with either a standard shipping or a cross-border shipping method. A discount on shipping will be applied to order with an amount greater than $100.00 per order, per shipment. Shipping cost will be displayed and applied to the cart at the time of check-out.

Orders are encrypted (information is scrambled and not readable by humans) for your protection.
We do NOT sell, give, or share your e-mail address with anyone.
We do NOT provide/give/share/sell your personal information, or your buying habits, (or any other information about you) with anyone or with any business.
We do NOT do customer "profiling", or track where you were before visiting us or after leaving us. We absolutely do NOT participate with Advertising Networks.

Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day Product Exchange Guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please send all exchange requests to our service department at, within 30 days of the purchase date.

Order Cancellation Policy
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been released to the warehouse or confirmed shipped. In the event that a cancellation was submitted, and your order was shipped out after the fact, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped; the order will be subject to the terms & conditions of our 30-day Exchange Policy. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm EST; Saturday, 9am to 6pm EST.

Payment & Pricing
We accept credit card payments only. All major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diner’s Club, are acceptable. Payment is processed through Authorize.Net. Orders will only be processed once payment is made and completed. Pricing is in US dollars and before applicable taxes and shipping fee. Prices are subject to change without prior announcement.

Updating or Cancellation Account Information
If you have a registered account with our Web site, you can review and update your information or choose to opt out receiving communication from us through Your Account Dashboard when you are logged in to our site. If you request your account information to be deleted from our database or if you wish to update your information, you can do so by contacting us at
